Journalists and community members are invited to attend the 14th Annual ReelWorld Film Festival press conference on Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at Famous Players Canada Square Cinemas. The full slate of dramas, documentaries, shorts, music videos and professional development activities will be announced.
Actress and Founder Tonya Williams along with ReelWorld programmers, filmmakers, and artists are expected to be in attendance. Many will be available for interviews directly following the sneak peek of this year’s films. Markham Mayor Frank Scarpitti has confirmed his attendance.

A second event on Thursday, March 6, 2014 will be held at the Cornell Community Centre. Media are invited to attend this event, which will focus on the inaugural festival in Markham. Mayor Scarpitti is expected to attend.
