![FESTIVAL INTERNATIONAL DE FILMS DE FEMMES]()
The Covid-19 epidemic has deprived us of the 2020 edition, so it's essential for us to invent new ways of doing.
That is why we are very pleased to announce the 43rd edition of the Festival, wich will take place from April 2 to 11, 2021.
| Thanks to our new partnership with the digital platform Festival Scope, the scheduled films will be available online for the duration of the Festival (more info soon). If the health situation allows it, we hope to be able to screen our program at the MAC in Créteil, in order to be able to share with you the irreplaceable experience of a film in movie theaters, which we ardently defend... |

| | | A Theme : Heritage | | Transmission, heritage : cinema is a formidable place of memory. For 4 decades, women directors have fought to change the course of the life and future of women, fought against stereotypes, against the erasure of their history and against the oblivion of their roles. They have fought for equality and the recognition of their rights, for their beauty, their struggles, their solidarity, their creativity, their patience and their commitments. In 2021, the FIFF brings together an anthology of films which will explore the four decades of change through eight generations of women directors from 1970 to 2021. A work in connection with the Festival's own archives. |
| | | Films in competition | | Like every year, the Festival strives to offer you a qualitative selection of films created by women directors from all over the world. Because yes films in 2020, there have been, and more than ever it is our duty to make them visible. Fictions, Documentaries, Short films: the selection of films in International Competition will be revealed at the end of February! |

| Since the beginning of the year, the continued opening of schools has allowed the festival to maintain a strong cultural dynamic among middle and high school students in the Val-de-Marne department. For the year 2020-2021, three artistic and cultural projects are underway, around the themes of "Beauty", "Heritage" and "Our body, ourselves", in partnership with the local education authority of Créteil. Each of these projects is accompanied by artists associated with the Festival and the final result, which usually takes the form of a short film or a photographic exhibition, is presented during the “immersion” day during the Festival. Through Collège au Cinéma (in connection with Cinéma Public) and Lycéens au Cinéma (in connection with ACRIF) programs, the Festival welcomes more than 700 students during the event, in partnership with the Maison des Arts de Créteil and the Cinema La Lucarne. |
