CARTOON FORUM - 14-17 September 2020
The rebound of the coronavirus in Europe and in France during the month of August, as well as the communication of the French government, on Thursday 28 August, placing the department of Haute-Garonne (Toulouse) in “red zone” got the better of our will to organise the Cartoon Forum “in real life”.
Cartoon has always chosen to fully inform professionals of the real situation and it has changed a lot since end of August: people were starting to cancel their attendance, broadcasters were not confirming their presence, therefore on 2 September, we've taken the decision to organise Cartoon Forum online only.
Our objective still remains “Business First”, with the projects as the main priority.
Here is a summary of the practical information – if you want the full details, please refer to our communication from 2 September.
- Pitches will be recorded
Since the pitches will no longer take place on site and can no longer be recorded from Toulouse, we've asked the producers to record their pitch. - Digital platform to watch the pitches
From 15 September, pitches will be placed on the digital platform per half-day following the already established agenda. Online participants will receive a personal login to access it and the videos will be available until 15 October. - Mobile application for projects
The mobile application displays all information about the projects. The project trailer and the evaluation form have also been integrated. Online participants will receive a personal login. - As usual: e-catalogue, agenda, who is coming
Online participants will:
- receive the link to download the e-catalogue where, as every year, the contact information of all participants will be found.
- receive the link to download the agenda (interactive PDF). Overview available on the website.
- "Who Is Coming" on our site continues to be updated very regularly.
For online participation, we offer the price of 150 € (excluding VAT).
