We are proud to announce the world premiere of the Motion Graphic Novel “The Land of the Magic Flute” at Animaze le MIAFF Montreal international Animation Filmfestival on the 16th of April 2015.

The Land of the Magic Flute“ is a captivating browser-experience produced by the Interactive Media Foundation in Berlin. A modern and bold rendition of a 200-year old classic: Mozart’s “Die Zauberflöte” re-imagined!
Mysterious and full of secrets, with wonderful, atmospheric drawings and animations, with seven complete arias and a music concept which plays with excerpts from Mozart's composition, the digital Motion Graphic Novel creates a fantastic visual- and hearing experience.
Best-selling author Chris Taminer (Tamino) finds himself stranded on a strange island after his car crashes into a lake. It is “The Land of the Magic Flute” – where magical principles predominate and a battle between the Queen of the Night and Sarastro, ruler of the sun, threatens to destroy the
world.
“Working on The Land of the Magic Flute was exciting because a Motion Graphic Novel is a fairly new medium. As an artist it allowed for experimentation and for combining various techniques and languages from different media to create an experience that captivates the audience. ” Fons
Schiedon, director Join the Adventure on www.landofthemagicflute.com
